Mission
I have always believed that conversations can take us places we could never reach alone. They introduce us to people we may never otherwise meet, ideas we may never otherwise encounter, and experiences that can change the way we see our own lives.
Light to Lighten was born from that belief. I didn’t want to create another interview show. I wanted to create a space where we could sit with remarkable people and ask the questions that often remain unanswered. What shaped them? What did they get wrong? What did failure teach them? What do they see that the rest of us may be missing? And perhaps most importantly, what can their journey teach someone navigating their own?
I consider myself a lifelong student. Every conversation is an opportunity to learn something I didn’t know yesterday. And if that learning can make someone else’s journey a little clearer, a little lighter, or a little more purposeful, then the conversation has done what it was meant to do.
